Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all orders shipped to Australia. By placing an order, you agree to the policies contained herein.
Aussie Surplus is operated by FPFM SIA, a private limited company (SIA) registered in Latvia (FPFM SIA, Saulgožu iela 4 - 17, LV-1055 Rīga, Latvia). To offer a wide selection of military-style and outdoor gear at competitive prices, we source products from partner warehouses in Asia.
A. Shipping Costs:
FREE SHIPPING on all orders to Australia.
B. Shipping Origin & Delivery Times:
IMPORTANT: Our products are stored at our partner warehouses in Asia to ensure a wide selection of items at competitive prices. Orders are shipped directly from these warehouses to Australia via international express carriers.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) are counted from the next business day for processing.
DELIVERY TIMES:
- Order processing: 3-5 business days
- International shipping: 7-15 business days
- TOTAL TIME: 10-20 business days from order date
CARRIERS USED: Yunexpress, ePacket, and other international carriers selected for tracking capabilities.
TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number via email within 3-5 days of your order, allowing you to follow the shipment in real time.
NOTE: As these are international shipments, occasional delays may occur due to customs checks or local holidays. We will promptly update you in case of significant delays.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
C. Delivery Address Change:
We cannot modify the address once the order has been shipped. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at contact@aussiesurplus.com.
D. Cancellations:
We accept cancellations before shipment (within 3-5 days of order). If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
E. Parcels Damaged in Transit:
If you notice a parcel is damaged during transport, please, if possible, refuse the parcel from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, please contact our customer service at:

Taxes and Customs
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and do not include Australian GST: as an overseas seller below the A$75,000 GST registration threshold, we are not required to charge it. Orders of A$1,000 or less normally clear Australian customs without any duty or tax being collected. For orders above A$1,000, you act as the importer of record and any import GST, customs duty or clearance fees are payable by you to the carrier or Australian Border Force.
