Billing Terms & Payment Policy

This document describes the payment and billing practices applicable to Aussie Surplus. Aussie Surplus is operated by FPFM SIA, a private limited company (SIA) registered in Latvia (FPFM SIA, Saulgožu iela 4 - 17, LV-1055 Rīga, Latvia), serving customers in Australia.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer several secure payment options:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
• Wallets: Apple Pay, PayPal

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Payment Processing

Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. Your order will only be processed and shipped after payment has been confirmed. If a payment cannot be processed, we will contact you at the email address provided with your order.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The total amount payable, including any discounts, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping to Australia is free of charge.

4. Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted (SSL) payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 10 business days, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at contact@aussiesurplus.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be subject to verification checks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraudulent activity; in that case any amount paid will be refunded.
