This hydration compatible backpack has a bladder compartment, with the drinking tube routed along the shoulder strap.
During physical activities, the body rapidly loses hydration. For this reason, this backpack has a compartment for the water bladder, with its tube connected to the strap so you can drink even whilst moving. Its dimensions (30x7x43cm) leave room for the kit you carry on a day's hiking.

On a steep climb in the heat, stopping to dig out a bottle kills your rhythm. Here the bladder goes in its own compartment and the drinking tube runs along the shoulder strap, so a sip is always one hand away. The shoulder straps are air-cushioned.
At 0.24 kg and 30 x 7 x 43 cm, it is a slim pack. The main compartment takes what you need for a day out, with side and front pockets for the small stuff. Reflective strips are there for walks that end after dark.
