A bed too big for the tent leaves you sleeping twisted and paying for it with back pain. That is a reason to take our Camping ground mat, which measures 183x60x2 cm and splits into 12 linked panels, unfolded as far as the shelter allows. Its first face, in irradiation-crosslinked polyethylene foam, gives you something to rest on, while its second layer of aluminium foil builds heat back up. Folded down to 60x16x13 cm and 380 g, it travels without taking over your pack.
