This netted hammock is knotted open nylon mesh, made for the garden or a camping trip.
A travel hammock does not have to travel. Hang it between two trees in the garden and it earns its keep every summer weekend. When the house gets too much, an hour outside in it beats an hour on the sofa, and at 180 x 80 cm it takes one adult comfortably.
Nylon at this size weighs next to nothing and goes up in a minute, so it is worth the space in a trekking pack. Long days on the hill are easier with a light bag, and a hammock gives you somewhere to stop at lunch as well as somewhere to sleep at night. Off the wet ground beats a mat on wet ground.
