This plasma lighter works without a flame: two electric arcs cross in the middle of the housing and light whatever you hold to them straight away. With no flame, the wind has nothing to grab, so it works outdoors as well as inside. The lid protects the electrodes when it is shut, and the metal case stays cool to the touch. It charges by USB cable, so you never buy gas, and you just plug it into a power point or a computer.
Light candles, tapers, incense or the wick of a scented candle cleanly and precisely with this plasma lighter. It closes with one move and sits flat on a table or in a pocket.
