Most survival tins are padded out with gimmicks that fail the first time you actually reach for them. Here you can see exactly what you are getting: a tactical pen, a mini LED torch, a fire starter, a wire saw and a compass in a nylon case that takes knocks. The black case is discreet in a pouch and light enough that it lives in your bag rather than a drawer. It suits cadets and school camps working to a kit list, security and site work, and anyone who wants one grab and go item covering the basics.
