These Z-fold trail running poles weigh 117 to 130 g each and fold down to 35 to 38 cm.

Ultralight 3K carbon (T800, 1.2 mm wall, at least 99% carbon). Stiff and stable, and you barely feel it in your hand.
Z-fold system with an inner cord, push-button catch and external lock. It packs small, sets up in seconds and locks out firmly.
Tungsten carbide tip that bites into rock, ice and hard ground, and resists wear and rust.
Reinforced aluminium alloy joint sleeves and a long EVA foam grip with a padded wrist strap. It takes the sting out of each pole plant as you run, soaks up sweat and does not slip.
Straight grip for trail running and all terrain. Comes with a rubber tip protector, a removable mud and snow basket and a carry bag.
