A beanie keeps the heat in when the mornings turn cold, and several here are plain acrylic knits. The cuffed beanie has a folded edge and comes in six colours. The knit beanie is stretchier, with a wide ribbed cuff and a thick, tight knit, while the green beanie keeps the ribbed look in a few shades of green. If you want camo, start with these two. The camouflage beanie is polyester and made for training, in the gym or outside. The camo beanie is warmer, in textured nylon and cotton with a lining, and comes in army green, black, coffee and white. Once the wind gets up, a balaclava covers the face and neck where a beanie stops.
If you feel the cold, go for a double layer. The winter beanie is thick, doubled and one size for men and women. The beanie with brim is a double knit too, and its short curved peak keeps the sun out of your eyes when you ski. If you wear a helmet, the fleece beanie is lined but slim enough to sit underneath. For a winter trip to the mountains, the fisherman beanie is made of cotton.
The rest comes down to shape. The slouchy beanie is knitted yarn in khaki. The skull cap beanie is small and plain, made as a men's beanie in a standard size, with plenty of colours to choose from. The Russian beanie comes in black, red or navy, and the black beanie is the simple one to keep in the car for a cold snap. If it is a present, add a ring from our men's rings.
