Choosing a bike bag by where it mounts

Every bike bag in this collection mounts under the saddle or on the handlebars, and that choice decides most of the rest. Under the saddle, the small hard shell bag keeps its shape and comes off on a quick-release mount, while the road saddle bag is tiny and light with a large reflective panel. If you ride with a pack, our backpacks take what will not fit on the bike.

For longer rides, the bike packing bag rolls down small or opens out for more room, with a support plate inside that holds its shape. The roll-top saddle bag has welded seams and comes in 2.5 L or 12 L. For a weekend away, the rest of your kit fits in a duffle bag.

On the bars: phone, snacks and tools

A handlebar bag keeps small things in reach while you ride. The phone bag has a clear window so you can see the screen, and the small one has five spots for a phone, a power bank and small bits, with reflective piping on the edges. The road and bicycle versions are 2.5 litre cylinders that hold tools, snacks and a power bank. The 2-in-1 bag has a shoulder strap, so it comes off the bars and goes with you.

Reflective and expanding saddle bags

If you ride early or late, the saddle bag with a bottle holder has a reflective finish and room for tools, a spare tube and snacks. The under seat bag expands as you load it, and the compact saddle bag has an expansion zip too. For a ride that ends with a walk, a day pack carries the rest.
